Family Counseling Service of NNY's mission is to provide mental health care to all members of our community, regardless of their income.  We do this through our sliding fee scale, which determines how much our clients pay based on their household income.  Often times our clients receive our services at a rate lower than it costs our agency to provide these services.  This causes a loss of money for our agency.  Fortunately, for over 60 years, we've been able to make up for that loss through contributions from individuals and businesses in our community.
