It is a secure (HIPAA compliant) website that gives you convenient, 24-hour access to personal health information. With it you can:
To sign up for access to your patient portal:
1. Request an "email invitation" by contacting us at 315-782-4483 or [email protected].
2. After receiving the email invitation click on the "Go to Patient Portal" button above to log in.
As an added benefit, for clients CURRENTLY receiving counseling by one of our clinicians AND utilizing the Patient Portal, you may request an appointment through the following link: https://practice.kareo.com/fcsnny!
